Urban Roots Cauliflower Rice, Broccoli Fried, Cup/Tub


 

Directions

1. Remove the broccoli and sauce cup from the container. Chop and reserve the scallions for garnish. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. 2. Add about 2 tbsp of oil to a medium saute pan and place over high heat. 3. Once the oil is hot, add the broccoli. Season with salt to taste, cook on high for about 5 minutes. 4. Add 2 tbsp, water to the pan and stir. Once the water has evaporated, add the scallions and cauliflower rice. Cook for 1 more minute. 5. Remove from the heat and mix in the contents of the sauce cup. Season to taste and serve immediately topped with scallions. Keep refrigerated. Discard paper and absorbent pad.
