To retain vitamins do not rinse before or drain after cooking. Recipe for Spanish white rice. In a heavy saucepan, place two (2) cups of Canilla rice, one (1) tablespoon of Goya vegetable or olive oil or butter, one (1) teaspoon of salt and four (4) cups of water. While stirring, bring to a boil. Then reduce heat, cover and allow to simmer until water is absorbed.
