Cook thawed refrigerated sandwich microwave on high for 45 seconds. Frozen sandwich microwave on high for 90 seconds. 3. Cool allow to cool 2 minutes before eating. 4. Enjoy! perfect with chips or a salad. Conventional Oven Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove frozen sandwich from original wrapper.
