Recipe: 2.5 lbs Sukhi's Madras Curry paste 20 lbs skinless meat or vegetables (de pollo sin piel o vegetables) 5 cups coconut milk (de leche de coco) 5 cups water (agua) in a square roaster, sauté meat or vegetables with Sukhi's Madras Curry paste until semi-cooked. Add coconut milk and water, and simmer until thick gravy is formed and meat is fully cooked. Shelf stable. Store in a cool dry place.
