ADD MORE MILK AS NECESSARY. 3. DIVIDE DOUGH INTO 16 BALLS, APPROX. 1 1/2 TBSP EACH. 4. KNEAD EACH ONE WITH FLOURED HANDS FOR A FEW MINUTES. 5. PRESS GENTLY WITH PALM OF HANDS AND FLATTEN TO 3 INCH ROUNDS. 6. FRY IN OIL. DRAIN AND SERVE HOT. *YIELDS 16, 3 INCH JOHNNY CAKES.
