Directions

Keep refrigerated. To pan fry: Place 1 teaspoon of oil in skillet. Add pork chops. Cook over medium heat 3 minutes, turning once. To bake: Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Place pork chops in shallow baking dish. Cover. Bake 8 minutes or until warm.
