Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: If frozen, thaw product prior to cooking. When possible use tongs rather than a fork to prevent the casing from puncture. Grill: 1. Prepare grill to medium-low heat. 2. Grill desired amount of thawed sausages, covered 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until internal temperature reaches 165 degree F as measured by a food thermometer. 3. Remove from grill and serve. Stovetop: 1. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add desired amount of thawed sausages, cook until browned, turning occasionally (about 5 minutes). 2. Reduce heat; add 1/2 cup water and cover. Cook an additional 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature 165 degree F as measured by a food thermometer. 3. Remove from skillet and serve. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
