What You Need: 1 qt. (4 cups) chicken broth 1 can (15 oz.) crushed tomatoes 1-1/2 cups shredded or diced cooked chicken Garnish: Crushed tortilla chips Sour cream Lime Wedges Make It: 1. Prep Ingredients: Crush 1 cup tortilla chips. Cut lime into wedges. 2. Stir It Up: Combine contents of soup kit with broth and tomatoes in large stock pot. 3. Now We’re Cooking!: Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to low; simmer 15 min., stirring occasionally. 4. All Together Now: Add chicken and stir. Return to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. or until chicken reaches 165?F. 5. The Finishing Touch: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish each bowl with crushed tortilla chips, sour cream and lime wedge. Chef’s Tip: For an extra dash of flavor, serve soup with diced avocado and chopped fresh cilantro.
