Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Makes about 4 servings. Cook to an internal temperature of 165F. Microwave Instructions: 1. Remove Mac & Cheese tray from package. Vent film. 2. Microwave on high: 9 minutes (1100 watt). 9 minutes (700 watt). 3. Remove meal and stir thoroughly. Microwave on high for an additional: 5 minutes (1100 watt). 6 minutes (700 watt). 4. (700 watt only). Remove meal and stir thoroughly. Microwave on high for an additional 3:30 minutes. 5. Remove and let stand for 1 minutes before serving. Oven Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. Place Mac & Cheese container on a cooking sheet and bake for 50 minutes with plastic film intact. 3. Remove Mac & Cheese container and stir meal thoroughly. 4. Remove plastic film and cook for an additional 15 minutes uncovered. 5. Remove and let stand 1 minute before serving.
