Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Makes about 4 servings. Cook to an internal temperature of 165F. Microwave Instructions: 1. Remove Mac & Cheese tray from package and pull back film to vent. 2. Microwave on high: 9 minutes (1100 watt). 9 minutes (700 watt). 3. Remove meal and stir thoroughly. Microwave on high for an additional: 5 minutes (1100 watt). 6 minutes (700 watt). 4. (700 watt only). Remove meal and stir thoroughly. Microwave on high for an additional 3:30 minutes. 5. Remove tray and stir. Let stand for 1 minutes before serving. Oven Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. Remove tray from the carton and place on a cooking sheet. Do not remove film. Bake for 50 minutes with plastic film intact. 3. Remove tray and stir meal thoroughly. 4. Remove plastic film and cook for an additional 15 minutes uncovered. 5. Remove and let stand 1 minute before serving.
