What you need: 1 lb. Lean ground beef. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese. Chopped lettuce and tomatoes. Breakstone's or Knudsen sour cream. 1. Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add seasoning mix and 3/4 cup water. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. 2. Meanwhile, bake Taco shells on baking sheet at 300°F for 3 to 5 min. or until warmed. Caution: Do not heat taco shells in toaster oven due to possible fire risk. 3. Fill bowls with meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and Taco Bell® Mild sauce. Pass the taco shells and let everyone customize their taco. Makes 6 servings, 2 tacos each. Quick tips: Prepare meat as directed on package. Top with salsa, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes. Crush Taco shells; sprinkle over taco mixture.
