What you need: 1 lb. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips. 2 tbsp. Oil. 1 Green pepper, cut into strips. 1 Onion, sliced. 10 Flour tortillas. Taco Bell® Thick & Chunky Salsa. 1. Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken or beef; cook and stir on medium-high heat 5 min. Add seasoning mix, peppers, onions and 1/3 cup water; cook and stir 5 min. or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender. 2. Wrap tortillas in paper towels. Microwave on high 1 min. 3. Spoon meat mixture onto tortillas; top with salsa. Roll up. Makes 5 servings, 2 fajitas each.
