What you need: 1 tsp. Oil. 1-1/3 cups Water. 1/2 lb. Boneless skinless chicken thighs. Optional garnish: 2 Tbsp. Plain greek-style yogurt. 1 Bunch cilantro. Ready in under 30 mins. 1. Prep Ingredients: Chop 1 Tbsp. Cilantro. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. 2. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 to 6 min. Or until evenly browned. 3. Add 1-1/3 cups water, rice, and vegetable blend; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. 4. Cover; simmer 17 to 19 min. or until most of the water is gone. Remove from heat. 5. Add Tikka Masala Sauce; stir to combine. 6. Stir in yogurt and cilantro. Enjoy! Chef's Tip: Season chicken with 1/2 tsp. ground cumin and/or ground ginger before browning it in Step 2.
