Stove Top: 1. Empty contents from pouch into saucepan. 2. Heat on medium for 4-5 minutes. Stir regularly. 3. Remove from saucepan. Microwave: 1. Remove cardboard sleeve. Puncture pouch and leave in tray. 2. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. 3. Open pouch carefully, stir, and serve. Caution: Product will be hot. Food is ready when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Heating times may vary. Ok to freeze for 6 months. Defrost in fridge, then follow heating instructions. Keep refrigerated.
