Stove Top: 1. Empty contents from pouch into saucepan. 2. Heat on medium for 4-5 minutes. Stir regularly. 3. Remove from saucepan. Microwave: 1. Remove cardboard sleeve. Puncture pouch and leave in tray. 2. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. 3. Open pouch carefully, stir, and serve. Caution: Product will be hot. Food is ready when the internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Heating time may vary with individual ovens. Keep refrigerated. Defrost in fridge, then follow heating instruction. Ok to freeze for 6 months.
