You Will Need: 1 lb. Lean ground beef. 1 1/4 cups Milk. 1 cup Water. Make it: Brown 1 lb.lean ground beef in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add 1 1/4 cups milk, 1 cup water, pasta and seasoning; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 8 to 10 min. or until most of the water is gone, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in velveeta cheese sauce. Customize it: Add 1 cup sliced mushrooms to skillet and cook with the ground beef.
