Boil: What You Need: • 1 lb. lean ground beef • Chopped lettuce and tomatoes • Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream 1. Brown meat in skillet; drain. Stir in Seasoning Mix and 3/4 cup water. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. 2. Meanwhile, remove tortillas from foil wrapper; place on microwavable plate. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on High 30 sec. 3. Crush chips lightly. 4. Top tortillas with meat, Velveeta Cheese Sauce, crushed chips, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. Makes 5 servings, 2 tacos each. To warm the Velveeta Cheese Sauce: Empty Velveeta Cheese Sauce pouch into microwavable bowl. Microwave on high 1 min. or until hot, stirring after 30 sec.
