1. Before use, fill bobble with cold water. 2. Gently squeeze entire 22 fl oz/ 650ml of water through filter. Carbon dust will appear in first rinse. 3. Replace filter after every 2 months or 40 gallons/150 liters. Use and care: Bottle is dishwasher safe. Rinse filter with warm water.
