Directions: 1. Heat 5 tablespoons of oil, add 1 cup Maftoul and heat through. (Do not allow Martoul to turn brown or toast). 2. Add Maftoul to 1 cup boiling chicken or meat broth. 3. Boil over low heat for 10 minutes or until broth thickness. 4. Remove from heat, keep covered for 10 minutes and serve. Top with shredded chicken or whole chicken cutlets. Add some chickpeas and a ladleful of broth. Keep in dry place far from heat and humidity.
