Directions

Cooking instructions: Cups - 1 portion. Low fat milk - 1 cup. Sugar - tbsps. Salt* - a pinch. Creamy wheat - 2 tbsps. *Optional. Stove top: In a medium saucepan, boil milk with sugar and salt. Add the creamy wheat farina and, stirring constantly, cook for 2 minutes or until desired consistency. Microwave:* In a medium microwave bowl, warm milk with sugar and salt for 1 1/2 minutes. Add the creamy wheat farina and mix well. Continue cooking for 1 minute or until desired consistency. *Cooking time may vary due to different types of microwave ovens. Suggestions: modify the flavor of creamy wheat farina by adding butter, vanilla, cinnamon or spices.
