Year round beers: Extra pale ale: An original American pale ale, our XPA highlights the subtle, sophisticated flavors and aromas of our Midwestern two-row malt and imported aromatic and Munich malts. Pacific Northwest hops create an extremely balanced beer with a beautiful straw color. Red fish: Red fish is a west coast hoppy red ale. Columbus, Chinook and Cascade hops give the beer a robust piney nose, while two-row, crystal and cara-red malts give the beer a malty background and a 7% abv. Abbey Dubbel: This Belgian-style makes for an exceptionally complex beer with many interwoven flavors. Our Abbey beer starts with a fruity nose and a generous body. Malty in the middle, the beer features a clean, almondy dry finish and a slight alcohol warmth. Hopfish IPA: This English-style IPA features a deep golden color and plenty of hop bitterness balanced by malt sweetness. Because of the extensive dry hopping, there's a floral and citrus hop finish. Seasonals: Farmhouse summer ale: Our summer seasonal has been a local favorite since 1997. With imported malt and about 7% wheat the beer is known for its earthy, spicy hop character from imported styrian goldings hops and a beautiful rich creamy head from the wheat. Oktoberfish: A tribute to the classic fest styles of Germany, O'Fish uses European malts hops and yeast. A beautiful reddish color, a savory malt profile and nice hop flavor, make this Fest beer best for wurst. Grand cru winter reserve: Grand cru exhibits complex mouth feel, strong malt flavors, a spicy hop presence and a soothing alcohol warmth. Exit series: Exit series 750 ml bottle: Our multi-year trip to explore all things New Jersey through its beer and culture features a few limited edition releases each year. Keep up with the latest releases at flyingfish.com. Exit series 12 oz bottle: Exit 4: This inspired blend of American hops and a Belgian-style trippel has a hazy golden hue and the aroma of citrus with hints of banana and clove. Predominant Belgian malt flavors give way to a subdued bitterness in the finish. Exit 16: Rice helps the beer ferment dry to better showcase the five different hops we added. We then dry-hopped this double IPA with even more-generous additions of Chinook and citra hops to create a nose that hints at tangerine, mango, papaya and pine.
