Directions
How to use: Washington self-rising flour can be best used in any recipe calling for the addition of baking powder and salt. In these recipes, simply omit the baking powder and salt and replace the all purpose flour called for in the recipe with an equal amount of Washington self-rising flour. If the recipe calls for soda, decrease the amount by one half.
