Water (cups) - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8. Stovetop directions: 1. Measure boiling water into serving bowl. 2. Stir in potato flakes, using a fork to moisten all potatoes. 3. Stir well and serve.
