Directions

Mixing Directions: Pudding: Pour 2 cups of cold fat free milk into bowl. Add mix. Beat with a wire whisk, rotary beater, or electric mixer at lowest speed until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Shaker method: Pour milk into a leak proof 1-quart container. Add mix. Cover tightly; Shake vigorously at least 45 seconds. Pour at once into dishes. Pudding will be soft set and ready to eat in 5 minutes. For Pie: Prepare as for pudding, using only 1-3/4 cups fat free milk, and beating only 1 minute. Mixture will be thin. Pour at once into cooled, baked 8-inch pie shell. Chill at least 1 hour.
