Manischewitz Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix

Baking Instructions: For cake - You will need: 2 Eggs. 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil. For frosting - You will need: 1 Tablespoon margarine or butter,* softened. *If butter is used, this cake is not pareve. 1 Tablespoon boiling water. Makes: about 12 servings; Preparation time: 10 minutes: Bake time: about 40 minutes. Mixing bowl & mixer. Cake prep: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease enclosed baking pan. Mix: Empty large pouch of mix into mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil. Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes or 600 strokes by hand. Spread batter evenly in the baking pan. Bake: Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes. Frosting Prep: Remove cake from pan and cool thoroughly on rack before frosting. Empty small bag of frosting mix into small bowl. Add 1 tablespoon margarine or butter and mix.
