Directions: Ingredients you Bring: For 4 Servings; 2 Cups Chopped Cooked Chicken; 3-Cheese Shredded Blend; Cooking Spray; other fresh ingredients for topping. 1. Spread about 1 tbsp (about a thumb size dollop) of Creamy Chipotle Sauce on half of tortilla. Spread about 2 tsp. (about a quarter size) of cheese sauce on other half. Caution: Do not put velveeta cheese sauce pouch in microwave. 2. Top cheese sauce with about 1/4 cup (golf ball size) of shredded cheese and about 1/2 cup chicken. Fold creamy chipotle sauce side over filling. 3. Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Place quesadilla into skillet. Cook over medium heat 1-2 min. on each side or until golden brown. 4.
