Just a few notes. Appearance: Golden amber. Aroma: Heavy piney & citrus hop notes. Flavors: Hoppy with moderate bitterness malt notes with clean crisp finish. Food Pairings: Pork chops, grilled fish, split peat soup, stilton cheese & escargot. The ingredients in our recipes comes from the earth and the oven. They come from interfering and letting be.
