Stovetop Cooking: Place frozen vegetables in saucepan and cover with water. Place on stovetop, cover and bring to a full boil over high heat. Reduce to medium and boil gently for 4-6 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Drain; season to taste. Microwave Cooking: Place unopened bag this side up in microwave. Do not pierce bag. Microwave on high for 4-1/2 - 5-1/2 minutes. Microwave ovens vary in power. Heating times are approximate. During heating, the bag will slowly inflate. Steam will be released from the bag through a special vent. A whistling sound may be heard. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Bag is hot. Carefully remove bag from microwave, avoiding steam. Pour into serving dish and enjoy. Keep Frozen Until Ready to Use: Not ready to eat. For food safety, cook thoroughly to 165°F (Internal temperature). Because microwaves and stovetops vary, adjusting cook times and heat settings may be required. Refrigerate leftovers. Store at 0°F or lower.
