Directions
Oven: 1. Place oven rack to middle position and preheat to 400 degrees F. 2. Cover a baking pan with aluminum foil (Optional - use a light coating of cooking spray). 3. Use scissors to cut open the plastic pouch and remove the slab of ribs from pouch. Place ribs bone side on the foil lined baking sheet. 4. Heat for about 10 to 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. 5. Remove from oven and cool enough to handle before slicing into portions and serving. Optional: Bastie ribs with your favorite sauce and serve (Food is ready when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F). Grill: 1. Pre-light charcoal according to package directions or turn grill to medium-high and allow to heat up prior to heating. 2. Remove ribs from packaging and place bone side down to begin heating up on grill flip ribs after 4-5 minutes. 3. Continue to cook ribs an additional 4-5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees and meat has browned on both sides. 4. Remove from grill and cool enough to handle before slicing into portions and serving. Optional: Baste ribs with your favorite sauce and serve (Food is ready when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F). Remove all plastic prior to heating. Heating times may vary with each individual oven. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw before cooking.
