Microwave: 1. Use scissors to cut open the plastic pouch and remove the ribs from pouch. 2. Place ribs on a microwave safe tray and place into microwave. 3. Heat on high for 3-5 minutes. Oven: 1. Place oven rack in center of oven and preheat to 400 degrees F. 2. Cover a baking pan with aluminum foil (optional – use a light coating of cooking spray). 3. Use scissors to cut open the plastic pouch and remove the ribs from pouch. Place the ribs on the foil lined baking sheet. 4. Cook about 15 minutes.
