Keep frozen. To defrost, leave at room temperature 1 hour before using. To Prepare Turnover Pastries: 1. Defrost dough. 2. Spread dough out slightly using roller. 3. Place 1 or 2 teaspoons of the filling of your choice (ground beef, chicken, cheese guava & cheese). 4. Turn dough over to form a half-circle and close sides by pressing with fork. 5. Fry pastry in medium-hot oil until golden brown.
