Cook to 180°F minimum†. Keep refrigerated. Roasting Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Remove giblets. 3. Season and stuff as desired. 4. Fold wings back. The pop-up timer should be flush against the breast (fig. A). 5. Place bird, breast side up, or rack in a roasting pan. 6. Roast in oven, basting with pan juices as desired. The bird may be covered with aluminum foil for the first 30 minutes. Remove when the timer pops up (fig. B). Discard thermometer. 7. Allow bird to stand for 10-20 minutes before carving.
