Brewing. It is important to brew coffee properly to have it reach its full potential. We recommend the following: 2 tbsp (10g) of the appropriately ground coffee for every 6 oz of filtered water. Always make sure you maintain and clean your coffee machine. Store your coffee in a cool, dry place. Never refrigerate. Never reheat brewed coffee, or regrind ground coffee.
