Directions

Use right from the bottle as a marinade and basting sauce for poultry, meats or seafood. Or, use as a quick & easy finishing sauce for your next stir-fry. Chicken: marinate 4 boneless chicken breast halves in 1/3 cup marinade in plastic bag 45 minutes in refrigerator. Bake chicken in sauce at 350 degrees F, about 30 minutes, or until no longer pink in center, turning pieces over once. Beef: marinate tender steaks in marinade 45 minutes. Broil or grill to desired doneness, brushing with fresh marinade halfway through cooking. Or, mix 2 tbsp marinade into 1 lb ground beef, shape into patties; cook as directed for steaks. Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening.
