Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen chicken tenders on baking sheet. Bake approximately for 16 to 18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Microwave: Arrange frozen chicken tenders 7 to 9 pieces on microwave safe plate. Heat on high for 2 1/2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving. Adjust timing and setting based on experience with your appliances. Important: Keep frozen until ready to use.
