Drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with crushed hot red pepper and mint flakes, Labne can be served as a dip for pita chips or crackers. Mix in shredded carrots, diced bell peppers and cucumbers and it will make a superb vegetable dip. Spread it on your favorite bagel or crusty bread for a delicious snack. Labne can be also be used to marinate meats and poultry and adds creaminess with a tart kick to soups. Keep refrigerated. May be sold until date stamped on container.
