Directions

Store in cool and dry place. Mung bean salad: 1 cup Lior mung beans. 1 bunch scallions, sliced. 4 tbsp. fresh mint, chopped. 1/2 cup galil olive oil. 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar. 3 tbsp. dried cranberries. Lior salt and Lior black pepper to taste. Follow general cooking instructions. Allow beans to cool. Add scallions, mint, olive oil, vinegar, cranberries, salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine. Serves 4. General cooking instructions: Rinse and drain mung beans. Add 7 cups of water; simmer gently with lid tilted for about 20 minutes or until tender.
