Directions

Keep frozen. Preparation directions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Note: Since all types of cooking equipment and equipment's settings may vary, cooking times may require adjusting. Boiling: Bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add contents of 1 bag (19 oz) of frozen (-10 degrees F to + 10 degrees F) tortellini to boiling water. Cook, uncovered for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F for 15 seconds in the coldest spot. Carefully drain and serve with your favorite sauce.
