Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Burgers may be cooked either frozen or thawed. If thawing, place in refrigerator for up to 48 hours. Season as desired, then either grill, broil or pan fry for approximately 4-8 minutes on each side or until a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees is reached. Color is not an accurate indicator of final cooked temperature. Let rest for 2-3 minutes to allow juices to redistribute. Serve and enjoy! Quick frozen for freshness. Keep frozen.
