(4) Select OK and follow the onscreen instructions. Code entitles holder to an active Nintendo Switch Online membership for the period indicated on the front of the card. In countries where auto-renewal is enabled (such as USA, Canada [excluding Quebec], and Mexico; go to support.nintendo.com for updated country list): unless you turn off automatic renewal at any time up to 48 hours before membership expiry, your membership will automatically renew and your account will be charged the current membership fee (plus applicable taxes).
