MICROWAV E : Microwave ovens vary. Time given is approximate. Uneven microwave heating may cause popping and/or movement of the pouch . 1. Place unopened, self-venting pouch standing upright in microwave. Heat on HIGH 1 min. or until hot. Careful, let stand in microwave 1 min. For convenience store oven (1700 watt), microwave on HIGH 30 seconds or until hot. 2. Remove pouch from microwave using COOL TOUCH areas. CAUTION: POUCH AND CONTENTS WILL BE HOT. 3. Tear open pouch. Stir well and enjoy right from pouch or pour into bowl.
