Basic cooking instructions: Makes 4 servings. Cooking time: 20 minutes. 1 cup Roland® Arborio rice. 2 1/2 cups water, or broth. Boil salted water or broth and add Roland® Arborio rice. Cook rice -until "al dente", making sure not to let the rice get too soft, this should take 16-20 minutes. Remove rice from the heat and rinse with cold water to prevent it from overcooking. Dress the rice with Roland® extra virgin olive oil, butter and parmesan cheese, or tomato sauce.
