Mixing Directions: Pudding: Empty contents of package into heavy saucepan. Slowly mix in 2 cups 2% reduced fat milk.Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full boil. Pour into serving dishes. Pudding thickens as it cools. For creamier pudding, place plastic wrap on surface of pudding while cooling. Stir before serving. For Pie: Cool cooked pudding 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour into cooled, baked 8-inch pie shell. Chill 3 hours.
