Saute: Cook over medium heat in a lightly oiled pan for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook for 5 minutes on each side. *Because grills and ovens vary, you may need to adjust cooking time.
