Stove top instructions: In a large saucepan with tight fitting lid, bring 2 1/2 cups (20 oz.) of water to a boil. Add 2 tbsp. of olive oil or butter (optional), then one package of Vigo yellow rice, stirring while boiling for one minute. Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer, cook for 20-25 minutes. Serve.
