1. Always preheat conventional oven first as directed on cooking guide inside. Our oven bags are strong enough to withstand oven temperatures up to 390 degrees F. Never exceed 390 degrees F. For delicious roasts use 325 degrees F. 2. Place 1 tbsp flour into the bag and shake it around. This will help blend the fats and juices and prevent bag bursting. Place bag into baking pan ensuring that it is deep and wide enough. 3. Place food in bag and close bag with the tie provided in the package. Cut six 1/2 inch slits on top of bag to let out steam. 4. Place baking pan in oven allowing room for bag to expand while cooking. Bag should not touch heating elements or oven walls. 5. Cook food in the oven as directed in the recipe or chart. Let your food stay in bag for 15 minutes after you remove it from the oven. To Open Bag: Carefully cut top of bag with scissors. Be careful of steam and hot juices as you open bag.
