How To Use Personal Care Pregnancy Test a Step-by-Step Guide: 1. Bring the sealed pouch to room temperature. Remove the test stick from the pouch and take off the cap. 2. Place the absorbent tip in your urine stream for 3-5 seconds or dip into a urine sample collected in a clean, dry container for 10-20 seconds. 3. Keep the absorbent tip pointing downwards throughout the testing process - i.e. never turn the stick so that the absorbent tip is pointing upwards. 4. Replace the cap, lay the stick flat and wait for the color bands to appear. 5. Wait for exact 5 minutes. 6. How to read your results.
