Directions

Keep cold and cut with a sharp knife. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Note: Product is raw. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F. To Fry: Place sausage slices in a skillet with a little water and cover. Cook 5 minutes, medium heat. Remove cover. Increase heat and brown both sides. Keep refrigerated / frozen.
