Directions

Refrigerate: Refrigerate immediately or freeze after 3 days from date of purchase. Frozen: To thaw out, refrigerate 24 hrs or thaw at room temperature 4-6 hours until dough rises to fill bag. Turn bag inside out for easy removal of dough ball. Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Stretch or roll dough to fit oiled pan. Using circular motion, top with your favorite sauce to within a half-inch of edge. Starting from outer edge in, sprinkle with mozzarella and your favorite topping. Bake at 450 degrees F for approximately 20 minutes until cheese melts and crust turns a golden brown.
