Fast & Easy Microwave: Empty contents into a microwave-safe bowl and add 1 tbsp of water. Cover and cook on high for 2minutes (a),*. Allow to sit covered for 2 minutes. (a) Microwaves vary; for 900W microwave, add 30-60 seconds; for a 600W microwave, add 60-90 seconds. * Cook until product reaches 165 degrees F internal temperature. Stovetop: Empty contents into a small saucepan and add 6 tbsp of water. Cover, cook over medium heat, and bring to a low boil. Stir occasionally to separate pieces; add more water if needed. Once all pieces are separated, cover and simmer for 1 minute* more. Remove from heat and allow to sit covered for 2 minutes. * Cook until product reaches 165 degrees F internal temperature. Must be cooked fully prior to consumption. Let cool, then puree (6-8+mo), mash (8+mo), or serve as finger food (8+mo) to your little one. If serving as finger food, cut larger pieces of fruits and veggies into bite size (1/4 inch) pieces. Always supervise when feeding. Take caution when removing the cover, as steam will be hot.
